Use of lubricating compound specified in 1.4.2 will be permitted, if necessary, to reduce thread breakage in production sewing.

The webbing shall be inserted the full depth of the clips. The clips shall be securely attached without cutting the webbing and the webbing shall be flat at the point of entrance.
