Susan O’Briner yesterday filed suit for damages against Duncan M. Gillis for defamation of character. The damages are set down at $5,000. This is the outgrowth of the case that was tried before Judge Race the other day. The feud began over the quarreling of children, which the parents took up and which is carried to the courts for settlement.
